About me

Culinary Roots

My love affair with food started at an early age, my grandmother and mother were both wonderful cooks and I always enjoyed spending time with them in the kitchen.

They made breads and salads and quiches and mashed potatoes, dips and french fries and even fresh cheese. It’s safe to say I grew up spoiled, learning all about delicious things by tasting them every day.

Culinary Exploration
Years later when I moved on my own I started branching out, trying out new types of cuisine that I thought I could enjoy. My repertoire widened considerably and I continue to work on it every single day.
